Coordnator for AI Assistants

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Coordnator account

Last Updated: October 6, 2026

What it does

The Coordnator connector lets an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT work with your Coordnator account. Once you connect it, you can ask the assistant about your transactions, deadlines, contacts, listings and documents in plain language, and, if your brokerage allows it, have it prepare drafts and make routine updates for you.

The assistant works as you. It can only see and change what you can see and change in Coordnator, in the brokerage you work in, under the same role permissions your brokerage administrator has set.

Example requests

Tools

Assistants see Coordnator as a set of tools. Which ones you see depends on your brokerage’s Coordnator plan and your role: a tool for a feature your brokerage doesn’t have, or that your role can’t open in the app, isn’t offered to the assistant either.

Read tools (look things up, change nothing)

ToolWhat it does
search_transactionsFind transactions and read their details, status, parties and key dates.
list_upcoming_deadlinesList upcoming deadlines across your transactions, buyer contracts and listing agreements.
search_mls_listingsLook up an MLS listing by address or MLS number and read its details.
get_comparable_salesGet comparable active, pending and recently closed listings near a property, for pricing or offer discussions.
lookup_mls_agentLook up an MLS agent — the listing agent on a property, or any member by name — with their office, contact details and recent production on that MLS.
search_contactsFind your contacts and their details.
get_document_checklistSee which documents are uploaded, missing or awaiting approval on a transaction.
get_signing_statusSee who has and hasn’t signed your outstanding e-signature requests.
search_knowledge_baseSearch Coordnator help and your brokerage’s knowledge base.
search_company_documentsSearch your brokerage’s document library.
check_do_not_callCheck a phone number against the national and your brokerage’s Do Not Call lists.
search_eventsFind brokerage events and announcements.
search_showingsFind showing requests and showing agents.
search_rosterLook up people in your brokerage’s roster.
search_vendorsFind vendors (inspectors, lenders, title companies and others) and their reviews.
get_commissionsRead your commission information.
list_external_appsList the outside apps your brokerage has set up for you.

Write tools (make changes, only if your brokerage allows it)

ToolWhat it does
create_contactAdd a new contact to your contacts. It warns about likely duplicates first.
update_contactChange a contact’s details.
list_transaction_dates, add_transaction_date, update_transaction_date, complete_transaction_date, delete_transaction_dateSee, add, change, complete or delete the important dates you track on a transaction (inspection, appraisal, walkthrough and similar).
find_offer_property, start_offer, get_offer_step, save_offer_step, get_buyer_contract_status, get_offer_progressWork through an OfferWriter offer step by step. You review and send the finished offer in Coordnator.
find_listing_property, start_listing_agreement, get_listing_agreement_step, save_listing_agreement_step, get_listing_agreement_progressWork through a ListingWriter listing agreement step by step. You review and send it in Coordnator.
list_transaction_document_types, get_transaction_document_form, review_transaction_document, submit_transaction_documentPrepare a transaction form such as a price change, status change, amendment, counteroffer, cancellation or notice. Sending it for signature or processing it waits for your confirmation (see below).
send_signing_reminderSend a reminder to the people who haven’t yet signed a request you already sent.

Assistants cannot delete transactions or contacts, change commissions, or send anything to other people except the signing reminders above.

What you need

If you belong to more than one brokerage, tell the assistant which brokerage you mean when it matters.

Connecting

Claude

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and browse the connector directory.
  2. Find Coordnator and select Connect.
  3. Sign in with your Coordnator account and approve the access requested.
  4. Start a new conversation and ask about your Coordnator data.

This works in Claude on the web, the desktop apps and the mobile apps.

Claude Code is not supported. Use Claude on the web, desktop or mobile instead.

ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT, open the Apps directory and search for Coordnator.
  2. Select Connect.
  3. Sign in with your Coordnator account and approve the access requested.
  4. In a conversation, ask about your Coordnator data, or mention Coordnator to use it.

What you approve

When you sign in, Coordnator asks you to approve access to read your Coordnator information and, if your brokerage allows changes, to make changes on your behalf. If you approved read access only, reconnect to allow changes.

Confirmations and links

Sending a new document for signature, or recording a change to a listing, is never done by the assistant alone. When you ask an assistant to send a transaction form for e-signature, or to process a price or status change, it prepares everything and gives you a confirmation link instead.

Signing reminders are the one exception. A reminder only re-sends a request you already sent, so the assistant tells you who will be emailed and sends it once you approve in the chat. It never emails anyone who has already signed or declined.

  1. Open the link. It opens the Coordnator app on your phone, or Coordnator in your browser.
  2. Sign in as the same Coordnator user, if you aren’t already.
  3. Review the summary of what will happen, then choose Confirm or Cancel.

Other links an assistant gives you open the matching screen in Coordnator: a draft offer opens in OfferWriter, a draft listing agreement opens in ListingWriter, and a generated document opens in Coordnator for you to view or download. You finish, review and send those in Coordnator yourself.

Always review what an assistant prepares before you confirm or send it. AI assistants can make mistakes, and the final document is yours.

Disconnecting

Privacy

Information the assistant retrieves from Coordnator, which can include details about your clients and other transaction participants, is sent to the company that provides the assistant (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT) and is handled under that company’s terms and your settings with it. Share only what your brokerage’s policies allow. Coordnator keeps a record of each request an assistant makes; we don’t receive your conversation with the assistant.

See Section 5a of our Privacy Policy and Section 12 of our End User License Agreement for the details.
